MovingAhead Spring 2019 Outreach Summary 107 <br />Steve Rose, River Road Plaza <br />March 8, 2019 <br />We are the owners of river Road Road Plaza Shopping center at the corner of Silver lane and River Road. <br />About a year ago I met with Moving Ahead representatives at our property and they revealed the <br />proposed changes to River Road including expanding the right away to accommodate a transit stop. The <br />additional space was proposed to be part of our parcel which would eliminate the drive through lane for <br />our tenant Carls Jr. <br />I expressed in no uncertain terms that this would not be possible and that we would rigorously fight any <br />taking whatsoever. The indication by your staff at the time was simply a possible direction but not yet <br />decided. <br />What is the current status? <br /> <br />July 15, 2019, Joint Work Session – Item1
