Consistent with <br />the parameters of the da a. ase, any tax lot that has an employment land <br />designation (in whole or i part) was included in the database. This includes areas <br />in west Eugene that are ned by the BLM and other government agencies and <br />are actively being restor as wetlands. These lands have industrial plan <br />designations, yet they cl rly are unavailable for development. Not all <br />government lands, how r, are unavailable for development.
