is not self-supporting. <br />F:Organizational Policies <br />(Intergovernmental Contracts) <br />Policy F.7. <br />The City will evaluate its use of intergovernmental service contracts to prevent duplication <br />of services in overlapping jurisdictions and to assure an effective and efficient service <br />delivery system to the community. <br />G:Other Policies <br />Policy G.1(Compliance with Laws and Standards) <br />. <br />The City will comply with mandatory Federal, State, and local laws and regulations and, <br />when appropriate, will comply with industry and professional requirements or standards. <br />(Budget Committee) <br />Policy G.2. <br />A Budget Committee will be appointed in conformance with ORS 294.335 and Eugene Code <br />2.013. Lay members of the Budget Committee serve for terms of three years. The Budget <br />Committee's chief purpose is to review the City Manager's proposed Budget and prepare a <br />recommendation for Council consideration. The Budget Committee may consider and <br />develop recommendations on other financial issues at the direction of City Council. <br />G6 <br />
