The Minutes Recording Section had reviewed the tape of the meeting and had requested the <br />opportunity for Lane Council of Governments (LCOG) staff member, Tom Schwetz, to review the <br />proposed clarification for accuracy. <br /> <br />Councilor Solomon pulled Item D. <br /> <br />Councilor Papé pulled Item B. <br /> <br />Roll call vote; the motion to approve the Consent Calendar, with the exception of the <br />minutes from the work session of October 23, 2006, and Items B and D passed unani- <br />mously, 7:0. <br /> <br />Regarding Item B, Councilor Papé asked if there would be time during the EWEB/City Council joint <br />meeting and tour to discuss other issues with the commissioners. Mayor Piercy responded that she met <br />with EWEB President Sandra Bishop and had been in contact via email. She said there would be time for <br />discussion.
