Ordinance Exhibit DOrdinanceExhibitD <br />DOWNTOWN RIVERFRONT <br />LAND USE COMPONENTS <br />CA 19-1,RA 19-1,Z 19-5,WG 19-3,ST 19-3,and SDR 19-2 April 19,2019 <br />relates to regulation of the land uses on the subject property.In fact,it could create unnecessary <br />confusion ifit were to be retained,along with other changes to the S-DR Zone being proposed <br />concurrently. <br />Due to these changes,and with incorporation of the remaining,relevant policy intent within the S-DR <br />Zone,repeal of the Downtown Riverfront Specific Area Plan is warranted under subsection (e).The <br />amendment to Policy 2 of the Plan is also proposed to facilitate implementation the <br />updated concept plan for subject properties that are being rezoned from S-W/SR to S-DR. <br />Based on the preceding findings,the proposed amendments are consistent with refinement plan <br />amendment approval criteria. <br />City of Eugene FINAL SUBMITTAL 42July 22, 2019, Work Session – Item 3
