Tom Brandt – encouraged council to address homeless issues in the community.21.Peter Dragovich – spoke in opposition to the ordinance concerning planting strips. <br />5.ACTION: Use of Future Property Tax Revenue to Pay Midtown Arts Center System <br />Development ChargesCommunity Development Director Mike Kinnison presented information about the MidtownArts Center project. <br />MOTION AND VOTE: Councilor Taylor, seconded by Councilor Semple, moved to approve the City Manager proceeding with the City’s payment of the non-residential portion of the Midtown Art Center’s SDCs from property tax revenue that the City will receive from the construction of the Center.
