MOTION AND VOTE: Councilor Taylor, seconded by Councilor Semple, moved to approve the City Manager proceeding with the City’s payment of the non-residential portion of the Midtown Art Center’s SDCs from property tax revenue that the City will receive from the construction of the Center.
