What, in your opinion, is City government's role in addressing human rights? <br /> <br /> 2. Which do you consider to be the most vulnerable communities in Eugene and why? <br /> <br /> 3. Please give an example of a conflict situation you Ye been in and tell us how you <br /> resolved it. <br /> <br /> 4.
