Ordinance No 20619 Exhibit A <br />• Section 9.8010 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to provide as follows: <br />9.8010 List of Adopted Plans. The documents listed in the following Table 9.8010, <br />including any adopted amendments, are the currently effective adopted plans that <br />may be applicable to a particular land use application. The plans and adopted <br />policies are more particularly set forth beginning at EC 9.9500, and the boundaries <br />for each are depicted on Map 9.8010 Adopted Plans. <br />Table 9.8010 List of Adopted Plans <br />Bethel-Danebo Refinement Plan Phase II <br />River Road -Santa Clara Urban Facilities Plan <br />Bethel-Danebo Refinement Plan <br />Riverfront Park Stud <br />Comprehensive Stormwater Management <br />Plan <br />South Hills Study <br />Envision Eugene Comprehensive Plan <br />South Willamette Subarea Stud <br />Eugene Downtown Plan <br />TransPlan Metro Area Transportation Plan <br />Eugene -Springfield Metropolitan Area <br />General Plan Metro Plan <br />Walnut Station Specific Area Plan <br />Eugene 2035 Transportation System Plan <br />West University Refinement Plan <br />Fairmount/U of O Special Area Study <br />Westside Neighborhood Plan <br />Jefferson/Far West Refinement Plan <br />Whiteaker Plan <br />Laurel Hill Neighborhood Plan <br />Willakenzie Area Plan <br />19th and Agate Special Area Study <br />Willow Creek Special Area Stud <br />• Subsections (10)(a), (16), (24)(a) and (24)(b) of Section 9.8030 of the Eugene <br />Code, 1971, are amended to provide as follows: <br />9.8030 Adjustment Review - Approval Criteria. The planning director shall approve, <br />conditionally approve, or deny an adjustment review application. Approval or <br />conditional approval shall be based on compliance with the following applicable <br />criteria. <br />(10) Motor Vehicle Parking and Loading Standards Adjustment. Where this <br />land use code provides that the motor vehicle parking standards may be <br />adjusted, the standards may be adjusted upon finding the applicable <br />corresponding criteria are met. <br />(a) Number of Required Off -Street Parking Spaces. Adjustments may be <br />made to the required number of off-street parking space provisions of <br />EC 9.6410 based on the following criteria: <br />1. Except as provided in subsection (a)2., below, the minimum <br />required off-street parking spaces may be reduced by up to 50 <br />percent when the applicant for a development can demonstrate, in <br />a parking -traffic study prepared by a traffic engineer, that both of <br />the following conditions exist: <br />a. The use of alternative modes of transportation, including <br />transit, bicycles, and walking, and/or special characteristics <br />of the customer, client, employee or resident population will <br />reduce expected vehicle use and parking space demand for <br />Page 35 of 39 <br />
