ACTION: Use of Future Property Tax Revenue to Pay Midtown Arts Center System <br />Development Charges <br />Community Development Director Mike Kinnison presented information about the Midtown <br />Arts Center project. <br />MOTION AND VOTE: Councilor Taylor, seconded by Councilor Semple, moved to <br />approve the City Manager proceeding with the City's payment of the non-residential <br />portion of the Midtown Art Center's SDCs from property tax revenue that the City will <br />receive from the construction of the Center. PASSED 8:0. <br />6.
