<br /> <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> The City Recorder is requested to append a copy of this Resolution to <br />Resolution No. 4358, and to forward copies to the City’s Planning Commission, Planning and <br />Development Department, Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission, and other <br />affected agencies or departments. <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> Except as herein amended, all other provisions of Resolution No. 4358, and <br />the Administrative Guidelines for Annexations adopted therein, remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />Section 4. <br /> This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption. <br /> <br />The foregoing Resolution adopted the ____ day of ______________, 2007. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> City Recorder <br /> <br /> <br />Resolution - 2 <br />
