He <br />commented that Mr. Matthews was also good neighborhood leader. <br /> <br />Councilor Kelly said he would vote for Mr. Matthews. <br /> <br />Councilor Bettman said she would support Mr. Matthews. <br /> <br />Councilor Nathanson said she would not support Mr. Matthews. <br /> <br /> Roll call vote, the vote on the motion was a 4:4 tie; councilors Kelly, Taylor, <br /> Rayor, and Bettman voting yes, and councilors Nathanson, Fart, Meisner, <br /> and Pap~ voting no.
