She raised concern <br />that the principles that needed to be enacted to succeed with nodal development had been <br />compromised to the point that the Chase Node looked like a sea of high density housing, mostly <br />rental, with a shopping center and would fail miserably and discredit the whole notion of nodal <br />development. <br /> <br /> Roll call vote, the motion passed unanimously, 7:0. <br /> <br />City Manager Carlson asked the council to consider Council Bill 4803 by number only. <br /> <br /> Councilor Kelly, seconded by Councilor Pap~, moved that the bill be <br /> approved and given final passage.
