Specifically, the J\\TN requested the <br />'Metro Plan, Jefferson/Far West Reflnement Plan (JIF\\' RP), and Land Use Code be <br />changed to dc.signate the subject area as "Low Density Residential." <br /> <br />The JWN vote, along vvith the previously subtnitted petition signea by over 180 re,sidents <br />of the redesignaled area and adjacent areas, deluonstrates broad public avvareness of the <br />issues and support for the proposed amendn1ents. <br /> <br />We believe the proposed amendments are- consistent with the respective approval criteria. <br />'J.-/e notespeeifica.Uy that the JIF\\l RP addresses Ee 9.8424(2)(c) and/or (e). <br /> <br />Please let us kno\v if we can provide further infoftnation. <br /> <br />We \vould appreciate receiving copies of referral responses as you receive thctn and <br />being kept apprised of any issues that may arise.
