The project is an <br />excellent example of the program achieving its goals. <br />If their Mupte application is approved 50 units will be built downtown that would NOT happen otherwise. It will <br />provide rental homes within easy walking distances of downtown and campus. This project is owned by a family <br />who has contributed to our community for years and intends to remain a vital part of it. They personally care for <br />their investments and for our community.
