This project <br />meets the criteria use to determine MUPTE qualifications and will promote a vibrant downtown. <br /> <br />The Ferry Street Manor will add 50 additional housing units to the downtown core, where there is <br />currently a significant need. Additionally, this project will create 9 million dollars in additional tax <br />revenue over the next 50 years. <br /> <br />The Bennett development group has a longstanding history in Eugene and are proven partners who <br />manage and develop quality projects that enhance our community.
