<br />how/when/where those facilities and services are provided remain to be resolved in the context of any <br />future development proposal. <br /> <br /> <br />In regards to transportation, the findings under EC 9.7730(3)(a) under Statewide Planning Goals 12, <br />above, are incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br /> <br />(4) The proposed zone change is consistent with the applicable siting requirements set <br />out for the specific zone in: <br /> (a) EC 9.2150 Commercial Zone Siting Requirements. <br /> <br />For this proposed zone change, there are no applicable siting requirements as referenced in the above <br />criterion. The commercial zone siting requirements at EC 9.2150 only affect properties proposed for <br />C-1 or C-4 zoning.
