He stated that ODOT would have <br />to find additional funds to undertake that project. <br /> <br />In response to a question from Ms. Bettman, Mr. Schoening said he surmised that the Highway 99 project <br />consisted mostly of a pavement preservation project. <br /> <br />The main motion, as amended, passed unanimously, 8:0. <br /> <br /> <br />D.
