<br />Mr. Rikhoff said the draft plan would be processed through the CCR and HRC before it came before the <br />council again. He asked for any additional input. <br /> <br />Ms. Piercy hoped that the City could improve opportunities for people to participate electronically in <br />discussions of issues and provide input. Mr. Chouinard encouraged councilors and commissioners to email <br />any further thoughts or suggestions to staff.
