SCORP also includes the results of the statewide outdoor <br />recreation participation survey. <br />St?.ring.fjeld Transt?.ortation System The Springfield TSP provides a 20-year blueprint for transportation <br />Plan (City of Springfield, 2013) projects including pedestrian and bicycle facilities. <br />Eugene Pedestrian and Bicycle The Eugene Pedestrian and Bicycle Master Plan includes policies and <br />Master Plan (City of Eugene, 2011) projects related to the improvement and expansion of Eugene's hard- <br />surface bicycle and pedestrian system including sidewalks, on-street <br />bicycle facilities, and shared-use paths. <br />Willamette River O1?.en St?.ace This vision document was developed by multiple regional partners and <br />Vision and Action Plan (LCOG and provides a framework for future park and open space planning for the <br />Partners, 2010) Willamette River and its major tributaries in the Eugene-Springfield area. <br />This report includes goals and recommended actions related to trails, <br />II <br />paths, and recreational access to the river. <br />Coburg_ Loot?. lmt?.lementation Plan This refinement to Coburg's Transportation System Plan presents a vision <br />(City of Coburg, 2009) for a shared-use path that runs along most of the perimeter of the city <br />and extends across the McKenzie River and into the Eugene area at <br />Armitage Park. <br />Ridgeline Area O1?.en St?.ace Vision This vision document was developed by multiple regional partners and <br />and Action Plan (LCOG and provides a framework for future park and open space planning within the <br />Partners, 2008) -20-mile Ridgeline corridor extending from Fern Ridge Reservoir to Mount <br />Pisgah. This report includes trail related goals and recommended actions <br />for the improvement and expansion of the Ridgeline Trail network and <br />proposes trail connections to neighborhoods, schools, and the regional <br />trail network.
