B. Approval of Tentative Working Agenda <br />MOTION AND VOTE: Councilor Semple, seconded by Councilor Pryor, moved to <br />approve the items on the Consent Calendar. PASSED 8:0. <br />4. ACTION: Appointments to the Human Rights Commission <br />MOTION AND VOTE: Councilor Semple, seconded by Councilor Zelenka, moved <br />to reappoint Joel Iboa to the Human Rights Commission for a three-year term <br />beginning July 9, 2019, and ending on June 30, 2022. PASSED 8:0. <br />MOTION AND VOTE: Councilor Semple, seconded by Councilor Pryor, moved to <br />appoint Daniel Borson to the Human Rights Commission for a three-year term <br />beginning July 9, 2019, and ending on June 30, 2022. PASSED 6:2, Councilors <br />Evans and Clark opposed. <br />MOTION AND VOTE: Councilor Semple, seconded by Councilor Pryor, moved to <br />appoint Kirstin London to the Human Rights Commission for a three-year term <br />beginning July 9, 2019, and ending on June 30, 2022.
