Council Discussion <br />•Councilor Clark – expressed desire to pull item E from Consent Calendar. <br />VOTE ON MAIN MOTION EXCEPT ITEM E: PASSED 8:0 Council Discussion <br />•Councilor Clark – asked if there was a timing issue requiring Item E to be voted on atthis meeting; discussed desire to allow neighbors to provide council with feedback;supported rescheduling in two weeks. <br />MOTION AND VOTE: Councilor Clark, seconded by Councilor Semple, moved to postpone voting on Item E until September 23.
