10/23/19 <br /> <br />Ordinance - Page 17 of 17 <br />Non- <br />Residential <br />Uses <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Except as provided in an <br />adjustment pursuant to EC <br />9.8030(29), the minimum <br />number of required <br />parking spaces shall be 1 <br />parking space for every <br />660 square feet of gross <br />floor area. <br /> <br />Except for required parking spaces for <br />persons with disabilities, spaces provided in <br />park and ride lots operated by a public <br />transit agency, and spaces within structured <br />parking with two or more levels, the <br />maximum number of parking spaces is 1 <br />parking space per every 250 square feet of <br />gross floor area. <br /> <br />Section 27. The findings set forth in Exhibit A attached to this Ordinance are adopted as <br />findings in support of this Ordinance. <br />Section 28. The City Recorder, at the request of, or with the concurrence of the City <br />Attorney, is authorized to administratively correct any reference errors contained herein or in <br />other provisions of the Eugene Code, 1971, to the provisions added, amended or repealed <br />herein. <br />Section 29.
