<br /> The following territory in Lane County, Oregon, annexed to the City of
<br />Eugene on August 25, 2006, by Final Order No. 1283 of the Lane County Local Boundary
<br />Commission approved on July 11, 2006, is withdrawn from the River Road Water District and
<br />River Road Park and Recreation District, effective July 1, 2007:

<br />Tax Lot 2100, Assessor's Map 17-04-24-23, and Tax Lots 8301 and 8500,
<br />Assessor’s Map 17-04-24-24, and portions of W Hilliard Lane and Marion Lane
<br />located in the River Road region of north Eugene, south of Beltline Road, east of
<br />River Road, south of W Hilliard Lane, north of Marion Lane, east of Hoover
<br />Lane, and more particularly described on Exhibit 6 attached hereto and
<br />incorporated herein by reference. (The segment of W Hilliard Lane included is
<br />that portion located between River Road and the east property line of Tax Lot
<br />2100; the segment of Marion Lane included is that portion located between River

<br />Recreation District, effective July 1, 2007:

<br />of-way, located in the River Road region of north Eugene, south of Beltline Road,
<br />west of River Road and Horn Lane, east of Hodson Lane, and more particularly
<br />described on Exhibit 7 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (The
<br />segment of Hodson Lane is that portion located from Horn Lane south to the dead
