Seeing no one wishing to speak, he closed the public <br />hearing and called for member comments/questions. <br /> <br /> Councilor Taylor, seconded by Councilor Kelly, moved to approve Resolution <br /> 1015, a resolution adopting a supplemental budget; making appropriations <br /> for the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Eugene for the fiscal year <br /> beginning July 1, 2000 and ending June 30, 2001.
