Denny Braud of Planning and Development Department asked the council to appoint a Proponent <br />Committee for the Broadway Reopening ballot measure. <br /> <br /> Ms. Taylor, seconded by Mr. Kelly, moved to appoint Mr. Meisner, Jenny <br /> Ulum, and Russ Brink (provided he is willing) to the Proponent Committee for <br /> the Broadway reopening measure Voter's Pamphlet for the September 18, <br /> 2001, Special Election.
