MINUTES – Eugene City Council Meeting September 23, 2019 Page 3
•Councilor Clark – asked if he was correct in assuming that Public Works would have to create anLID and charge people commensurately to annex Anderson Lane and bring it up to Citystandards; said this is related to a previous work session that he’d brought up about how theCity’s actions will create impacts if they permit homes to be built where roads are less thanstandard and there’s no plan to bring them up to City standards, noting that when those homesare annexed it creates an even larger burden on those houses and the community.
MOTION AND VOTE: Councilor Taylor, seconded by Councilor Semple, moved to approve Item B on the Consent Calendar. PASSED 8:0. The meeting adjourned at 9:23p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
Beth Forrest City Recorder (Recorded by Elena Domingo) Link to the webcast of this City Council meeting: here.
October 28, 2019, Meeting - Item 2A
