Greg Evans, Claire Syrett <br />Councilor Taylor opened the September 9, 2019, meeting of the Eugene City Council in Mayor Vinis' <br />absence. <br />1. PUBLIC FORUM <br />1. Sabrina Siegel - spoke in opposition to 5G. <br />2. Barbara Wade - spoke in opposition to 5G. <br />3. Joshua Korn - spoke in opposition to 5G. <br />4. Victor Odlivak- spoke in opposition to 5G. <br />5. Robin Bloomgarden - spoke in opposition to 5G. <br />6. Pete Knox - expressed support for MUPTE application in an upcoming council discussion. <br />7. Tiffany Edwards - expressed support for MUPTE application in an upcoming council discussion. <br />8. Ralph Parshall - expressed support for MUPTE application in an upcoming council discussion. <br />9. Bill Whalen - expressed reasons for support for the proposed MUPTE application. <br />10. Alexis Biddle - shared reasons for support of ADUs in providing more affordable housing. <br />11. Chelsea Jennings - shared reasons for support of ADU development in Eugene. <br />12. William O'Brien - spoke in opposition of 5G. <br />13. Amy Pincus - spoke about residential elder care and related concerns about regulations. <br />14. Linda Heyl - expressed need for work sessions related to CRO and natural gas concerns. <br />27. Jim Neu - discussed reduction of use of natural gas in lieu of electric resources. <br />28.
