MINUTES <br />Eugene City Council <br />Harris Hall, 125 East 8th Avenue <br />Eugene, Oregon 97401 <br />September 16, 2019 <br />7:30 p.m. <br />Councilors Present: Betty Taylor, Emily Semple, Mike Clark, Greg Evans, Chris Pryor, <br />Claire Syrett, Jennifer Yeh, Alan Zelenka (via phone) <br />Councilor Taylor opened the September 16, 2019, public hearing of the Eugene City Council <br />in Mayor Vinis' absence. <br />1. PUBLIC HEARING: An Ordinance Concerning Protections for Individuals and <br />Amending Section 2.497 of the Eugene Code, 1971. <br />Speakers <br />1.
