Councilor Clark - asked if he was correct in assuming that Public Works would have to create an
LID and charge people commensurately to annex Anderson Lane and bring it up to City
standards; said this is related to a previous work session that he'd brought up about how the
City's actions will create impacts if they permit homes to be built where roads are less than
standard and there's no plan to bring them up to City standards, noting that when those homes
are annexed it creates an even larger burden on those houses and the community.
MOTION AND VOTE: Councilor Taylor, seconded by Councilor Semple, moved to approve
Item B on the Consent Calendar. PASSED 8:0.
The meeting adjourned at 9:23p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
Beth Forrest
City Recorder
(Recorded by Elena Domingo)
Link to the webcast of this City Council meeting: here.
MINUTES - Eugene City Council September 23, 2019 Page 3
Meeting
