MINUTES – Eugene City Council October 21, 2019 Page 2 <br />Public Hearing <br />24.Linda Perrine – identified biking as a long-term, climate-sensitive transit option.25.Meta Maxwell – highlighted the needs of elders; felt climate change not accounted for in plans.26.Claire Roth – asked for more pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure.27.Bob Passaro – supported BEST’s Enhanced Corridor Plus package.28.Tiffany Edwards – requested more evidence on EmX options and integrated planning.29.David Davini – voiced concern about low ridership and increased emissions for EmX lines.30.Peter Bolander – suggested an express bus service between River Road and downtown.31.
