PUBLIC FORUM <br />1. Joel Iboa - conveyed the HRC's unanimous support for the Safe and Legal Abortion resolution. <br />2. Grayson Dempsey - spoke in favor of the Safe and Legal Abortion resolution. <br />3. Cherie Martin - spoke in favor of the Safe and Legal Abortion resolution. <br />4. Jean Schauerman - spoke in favor of the Safe and Legal Abortion resolution. <br />S. Marcella Martin - spoke in opposition to the Safe and Legal Abortion resolution. <br />6. Thomas Hiura - sang a song about how it feels to be homeless in Eugene. <br />7. Abraham Likwornik - asked council to prohibit SG technology in Eugene. <br />8. Barbara Wade - spoke in opposition to SG technology. <br />9. Joshua Korn - spoke in opposition to SG technology. <br />10. Sabrina Siegel - spoke in opposition to SG technology. <br />11. Bekki Bruckner - spoke in opposition to SG technology. <br />12. Maria Thomas - spoke about the impact of marijuana growers near her house. <br />13. Zachary Vishanoff - talked about establishing a clean zone along the river. <br />14. Doyle Canning - spoke in favor of the Safe and Legal Abortion resolution. <br />15. Bill O'Brien - talked about Hayward Field and Eugene hosting the track and field championships. <br />16. Debby Phillips - spoke in favor of the Safe and Legal Abortion resolution. <br />17. Rebecca Callison - spoke in favor of the Safe and Legal Abortion resolution. <br />18. David Igl - addressed and spoke against the renaming of Dunn Hall. <br />19. Matthew Yook - asked council to sign on to a letter to the 4J school board urging climate action. <br />26. Howard Kirkland - asked what the City Council could do about business alarms going off all night. <br />27. Marc Schlossberg - asked council to get rid of minimum parking requirements for development. <br />28. Kim Fairbairn - talked about accountability and lawlessness in our community. <br />29.
