<br />a) Beginning Working Capital Reconciliation: Increase the budgeted Beginning Working Capital by
<br />$318,531 and increase Balance Available by the same amount. This adjustment brings the FY20 budgeted
<br />Beginning Working Capital in compliance with the audited FY19 actual revenues and expenditures as
<br />determined by Isler CPA, the City's external auditor.
<br />b) One-Time Funding Requests: Increase Police Department operating appropriations by $1,200 for an
<br />increase in EPEA contract costs and decrease Balance Available by the same amount.
<br />d) Encumbrance Estimate Reconciliation: Decrease Police Department operating appropriations by $1,263
<br />and decrease Public Works Department operating appropriation by $235,690 to reconcile the amount
<br />estimated for payment of obligations incurred but not paid in FY19 to the actual amount paid, and increase
<br />Balance Available by the same amount.
<br />c) Reappropriations: Reappropriate $303,776 in Public Works Department operating appropriations and
<br />decrease Balance Available by the same amount for work not completed in FY19.
