a) Beginning Working Capital Reconciliation: Increase the budgeted Beginning Working Capital by
$330,416 and increase Balance Available by the same amount. This adjustment brings the FY20 Budgeted
Beginning Working Capital in compliance with the audited FY19 actual revenues and expenditures as
determined by Isler CPA, the City's external auditor.
c) Capital Carryover Reconciliation: Decrease Capital Carryover appropriations by $1,182,750 and
increase Balance Available by the same amount. This adjustment reconciles the FY20 Capital Carryover
Estimate to the actual ending FY19 capital projects balance.
b) One-Time Funding Requests: Increase Capital Projects appropriation by $1,981,105 for Alder Street
($32,000), Railroad Quiet Zone ($1,000,000), Amazon Active Transportation ($373,795), Garden Avenue
($295,310), and S. Willamette Street ($280,000). Decrease Balance Available by same amount.
