1/21/2020 <br /> <br />Ordinance - Page 2 of 21 <br />Section 3. The “Dwellings” subsection in the “Residential” section in Table 9.2010 of the <br />Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to provide as follows: <br />Table 9.2010 Agricultural Zone Uses and Permit Requirements <br /> AG <br />Residential <br />Dwellings <br />One-Family Dwelling, 1 Per Lot P <br />Accessory Dwelling (1 Per Detached One-Family Dwelling on Same Lot) P(2) <br /> <br /> <br />Section 4. Section 9.2011 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to provide as follows: <br />9.2011 Special Use Limitations for Table 9.2010. <br />(1) Permitted in the AG zone, subject to the PRO zone standards in EC 9.2640. <br />(2) Permitted in the AG zone, subject to the standards for accessory <br />dwellings at EC 9.2751(17). <br /> <br /> <br />Section 5. The following entries under the “Residential” section in Table 9.2740 of the <br />Eugene Code, 1971, are amended to provide as follows: <br />Table 9.2740 Residential Zone Land Uses and Permit Requirements <br /> R-1 R- <br />1.5 <br />R-2 R-3 R-4 <br />Residential <br />Dwellings. (All dwellings, including [secondary] <br />accessory dwellings, shall meet minimum and <br />maximum density requirements in accordance with <br />Table 9.2750 Residential Zone Development Standards <br />unless specifically exempted elsewhere in this land use <br />code. All dwelling types are permitted if approved <br />through the Planned Unit Development process.) <br /> <br />[Secondary] Accessory Dwelling ([Either <br />Attached or Detached from Primary One-Family <br />Dwelling] 1 Per Detached One-Family Dwelling <br />on Same Lot) <br />P(2) P(2) P(2) P(2) <br /> <br /> <br />Section 6. Subsection (2) of Section 9.2741 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to <br />provide as follows: <br />9.2741 Special Use Limitations for Table 9.2740. <br />(2) [Secondary] Accessory Dwellings.
