<br />Alternative Findings September 3, 2019 7 <br />Findings: The standard related to dog keeping is related to siting because it limits the number of dogs on <br />a lot where an accessory dwelling is located. Given that the keeping of four of more dogs on a premise <br />is classified as a kennel (see definition of kennel at EC 9.0500), and a kennel is not an allowed use in the <br />R-1 zone, this standard is reasonable (and somewhat redundant). <br /> <br />January 21, 2020, Work Session - Item 1
