ATTACHMENT B <br />{00336654;2} Resolution - Page 1 of 1 <br />RESOLUTION NO. ____ <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE PARKS AND RECREATION SDC <br />PROJECT PLAN; REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 4863; AND <br />PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that: <br />A.The City of Eugene’s Parks and Recreation System Development Charge Project <br />Plan (“the Plan”) attached as Exhibit A to this Resolution includes a list of the Parks and Recreation <br />capital improvements that the City intends to fund, in whole or in part, with revenues from a <br />System Development Charge (“SDC”) improvement fee for those capital improvements, as <br />provided in ORS 223.309. <br />B.Public involvement was a major component of the Plan preparation process, <br />culminating with a public hearing on January 21, 2020. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, a <br />Municipal Corporation of the State of Oregon, as follows: <br />Section 1. Based on the above findings which are adopted, and the public hearing held on <br />this matter, the City of Eugene’s Parks and Recreation System Development Charge Project Plan <br />attached as Exhibit A to this Resolution is approved. <br />Section 2. Resolution No. 4863 is hereby repealed. <br />Section 3.
