Section 19. Accessory dwellings shall conform to all of the <br />following: <br />(a) The dwelling shall not exceed 800 square feet unless occupying the full <br />story of a multi -story structure with ground floor residential use. <br />(b) There shall be at least 1 off-street parking space on the property. <br />(c) The dwelling shall be located on a lot that is not a flag lot. <br />(d) Detached accessory dwellings shall: <br />1. Comply with the residential density limitations in Table <br />9.3815(3)(n) Royal Node Special Area Zone Development <br />Standards. <br />2.
