Mr. Lee moved, seconded by Ms. Taylor, to direct the City Manager to proceed with <br /> the placement of a two-year, $1.75 million per year serial levy on the November <br /> 2000 ballot. The City Manager shall also continue work on a sustainable, long-term <br /> funding source to support a comprehensive after-school activity program to include <br /> exploration of an admissions tax and recreational service district.
