Mr. Kelly moved, seconded by Ms. Taylor, to direct the City Manager to add a special <br /> use limitation for C-3 Major Commercial zoned areas to require any new off-street <br /> parking areas that exceed three spaces to be in a parking garage. <br /> <br />Mr. Meisner asked if the definition of parking garage included underground garage. Mr. Kelly said yes. Mr. <br />Meisner suggested that the motion be amended to change "in a parking garage" to "structured parking."
