This request was made during the March <br />22, 2007, meeting of the IGR Committee. (Those minutes are not attached here for ratification by the <br />City Council, as they have not yet been approved by the IGR Committee.) <br /> <br />HB 2370: <br /> Creates Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management in Oregon <br />Military Department. Abolishes Office of Emergency Management and transfers <br />functions to Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management.
