The motion passed unanimously, 3:0. <br /> <br />Mr. Pryor, seconded by Ms. Taylor, moved to approve the committee’s recommendations <br />from February 13 and March 9, 2007. The motion passed unanimously, 3:0. <br /> <br /> <br />3. Items from Members and Staff <br /> <br />Ms. Bettman wanted the committee to look at HB 2370 at the next meeting. She noted that the resolution <br />delegating authority over legislation related to personnel matters and collective bargaining to the City <br />Manager would be discussed by the council at its next meeting. She said that when she looked at some of <br />the bills in question, she did not think they were strictly related to those issues and had a larger impact. <br /> <br />Ms. Bettman asked if City and County staff weighed in on PERS issues and why those were not within the <br />purview of the elected officials given their budgetary impact. <br /> <br /> <br />4.
