<br />of a person on the list to receive a notice that was mailed will not invalidate the action of the <br />City. The City may periodically delete names from the Interested Persons List or require a new <br />written request for notification be made if the person wishes to remain on the list. At least thirty <br />(30) days prior to removal of the name from the Interested Persons List, the City will send <br />notification to the person whose name is to be deleted.
