<br />55: Suspended Solids. The total elements and compounds which float on the surface of, or <br />are suspended in, wastewater and which are removable by laboratory filtration, expressed in <br />milligrams per liter. <br /> <br />SDC Eligible Costs: System value net of assessable costs, grants and outstanding debt.
