Councilor Taylor remarked that the ordinance was too harsh and the fines were too high. She <br />said that she was not optimistic about the council's ability to get the ordinance changed if it did <br />not work. <br /> <br />Councilor Rayor called for a copy of the ordinance to be sent to the ASUO so student leaders <br />could be the first to see it.
