ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 58-20-01 <br />of the <br />City Manager Pro Tem of the City of Eugene <br />REPEAL OF ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 57-86-03 REGARDING THE <br />ABATEMENT OF DUTCH ELM DISEASE. <br />The City Manager Pro Tem of the City of Eugene finds as follows: <br />A. Under the provisions of Chapter IV, Section 15 of the Eugene Charter of 2002, <br />the City Manager is designated as the administrative head of the City. <br />B. On July 29, 1986, the City Manager issued Administrative Order No. 57-86-03 <br />directing the Parks and Recreation Department to take action toward abatement of Dutch Elm <br />disease. <br />C.
