The process <br />and criteria used were reviewed in April by Mayor Piercy and City Council Officers Ortiz and <br />Pryor. They forwarded a set of recommended changes to the council and those changes will be <br />discussed in this work session on May 16, 2007. The changes are outlined in a cover memo <br />(Attachment A) and the revised evaluation form (Attachment B).
