Instructions: <br />Use this grid to record your overall ratings from each of the performance <br />categories on the previous pages by placing an X in the appropriate column. Summarize your <br />overall performance rating for the City Manager by writing Does Not Meet Expectations, Meets <br />Expectations, or Exceeds Expectation on the line provided at the bottom of the grid.
