The vote on the main motion was tied, 4:4; voting in support were Ms. Ortiz, Ms. <br />Bettman, Ms. Taylor and Mr. Zelenka and in opposition were Mr. Poling, Mr. <br />Pryor, Mr. Clark and Ms Solomon.
