th <br />County Annex: Lane County is moving its Health Department to 7 and Charnelton and the <br />th <br />County Annex at 135 E. 6 will become vacant. Proximate to the building are parking lots <br />that are potential development sites. There are a variety of district expansion configurations <br />that could be considered for this vicinity. <br />Staff recommends a boundary expansion that captures portions of both areas for inclusion in the <br />urban renewal plan amendment process, with a total expansion area of 11.7 acres. Consideration <br />of boundary expansion is not a de facto decision to approve the action later. Rather, it is an <br />opportunity to place the issue on the table for public debate and comment and for future council <br />consideration. <br />
