Subsection (10)(a) of Section 9.9700 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is <br />amended to provide: <br /> <br />9;9700 <br /> <br />WillakenZie Area Plan Policies, <br /> <br />(t0) <br /> <br />Land Use ELement - No~h Region, Coburg/Crescent Subarea, <br />(a) The City shall recognize the area south of Crescent Avenue and <br /> west of Shadow View Drive, as depicted on the Willakenzie Land <br /> Use Diagram (and as refined by Inset Map D), as appropriate for <br /> the expansion of Neighborhood Commercial development. The <br /> Neighborhood Commercial site shall not exceed 10 acres in size. <br /> Uses in this commercial area are intended to serve the day-to-day <br /> shopping and service needs of residents and employees of the <br /> surrounding area. (Policy 2) <br /> <br /> section 4. The findings set fOrth <br />findings in support of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />in Exhibit A attached hereto are adopted as <br /> <br /> section_ 5. The City Recorder, at the request of, or with the concurrence of the City <br />AttOrney, is authorized to administratively correct any reference errors contained herein or <br />in Other proviSions of the Eugene Code, 1971, to the provisions added, amended or <br />repealed herein. <br /> <br /> section 6.
